2007 Honda accord 4 Cyl-how often to change...?

I also have a 2007 Accord and it very clearly states all of the fluid changes. Don't look in the manual, look in the maintenance booklet. Transmission fluid should be changed at the 30K check, Power Steering fluid does not need to be changed, just kept up to the full mark always using fluid from a sealed container
