Why do so many American music fans deny that American music copy Korean songs?

Well because other than Judas priest those bands all suck so they would copy Korean songs. That and if you really want to go there there are only so many time signatures and really only 12 notes with chords you get minors, majors, perfect, augmented, etc but really everything is ripping someone off somewhere. What about melody is it so hard to believe that 2 people or more could come up with the same melody? Bottom line to all this It really doesn't matter I don't even really actively listen to priest they just don't suck but as for the rest of them and all that Korean music no one cares if you copy crap.
