Does Magic, Bird, and Kobe first 3 rings not count?

When Magic Johnson won championships he always had 3 hall of fame players. He had Wilkes and Kareem for most of the postseason in 1980 and had Worthy and Kareem for his last 3 rings. In Bird's first NBA he was not even the Finals MVP. In his next 2 rings he had McHale and Parish who were both 2 top 50 players of all time. Therefore I can't fault Lebron for playing with Wade and Bosh especially since Carmelo and Chris Paul are planning to play with Amare Stoudemire. Kobe also did not win a Finals MVP in his first 3 NBA Championships.
