Sooo im thinking of getting a 2002 honda civic si....?

Everything is fine with it, stock engine and tranny. Skunk 2 suspension, clean title, power windows and locks. But thing is it has 190,000 miles. He wants $3700 for it.....i need some opinions on if i should jump on it or not??? Help me out....thanks
